Installation & Difficulties

Dear Customer,

Thankyou for your enquiry about the Best Practice Capture Handling & Restraint DVD Series.

The CD ROM manuals for Snakes Vol 1, Raptors Vol 4 & Zoonoses Vol 9 are in ADOBE PDF format & can be viewed on both PC & Macintosh Computers using Adobe Acrobat Software. The Zoonoses CD also includes a Excel Spread-sheet component of the manual this is presented as an excel table. To access this you will require Microsoft Excel software to view.

Installation of CD Rom:-

Prior to opening the PDF manuals on the CD Rom provided please open your Adobe Reader program or install Adobe Reader software provided for your MAC or PC Computer
Keep the Adobe Reader software open then click on the PDF files to open them
The Zoonoses Excel file contains two spread-sheets

The DVDs can be viewed on a PC/Mac Computer or any DVD player compatible with the DVD-R format. They are available in PAL or NTSC Versions.

When viewing the DVDs turn off any surround sound options on audio play back.

Installation of DVD:-

Prior to opening the DVD on your PC or MAC computer please open your DVD playback software, a window will open on your screen, use your mouse to access the DVD player options.

If you are still experiencing problems please call our service department on 08 9405 3788 and we will send you replacement discs on the off chance that you have a faulty production disc. Please note that if the program can be opened & played on one computer then the fault is not in the disc.
