These are our most Frequently asked questions about our training programs. If you have any specific questions that are not answered here please email us.

1. Do I have to pay VAT or Sales tax as I live in European Union?

Check with your local customs authority as there may be import costs and taxes applicable when goods are imported into your country.

2. How can I calculate the postal rate to my country?

You don't have to worry about postage as Animals on Film prices include free delivery to any country in the world.

3. I am a Zoo keeper from USA/ UK/ Australia/ New Zealand/ Canada/ South Africa/ Asia can I get a discount on these products?

Yes please send us email or fax showing a current dated membership card, for your association, and you'll recieve 10% discount.

4. I need to use information from your manual/ web site/ am I allowed to use it for a study assignment?

For use of any material please contact Animals on Film before proceeding and we will discuss your needs.

5. I don’t have a DVD player can I purchase a video copy instead?

Yes please let us know your country.

6. I am not able to play DVD or CD ROM’s can I just purchase a printed manual?

Yes, but remember that our PDF manuals and DVD are designed to work together. See the price list for replacement copies.

7. I live in Germany and would like a copy of your material in German, do you have translations?

We plan translations in the near future, sorry not immediately.

8. Can I pay for the DVD and CD ROM with a personal cheque?

We can only accept direct bank deposit, bank cheque, visa or master-card or payment through Paypal

9. Can I pay for the DVD/CD ROM with Diners or an American Express card?

Yes through PayPal.

10. Can I pay C.O.D. for these items?

No, sorry but we're not delivering on a C.O.D basis at this time.

11. We are purchasing on behalf of an institution and would like to make a direct bank deposit payment, how can we do this?

Please email us and we will send you the required information.

12. I have a fast broadband/cable internet connection; can I down load your information on line?

We're working on offering our customers some on-line services but as our products are quite large, especially the DVD vision it’s more effective to send you the hard copy via air mail/fast post .

13. What security do you have on line to encrypt my bank card details?

Our server has mail encryption and secure socket layer technology SSL running to safe guard your and our banking connections. If you would prefer we can process a bank cheque, or international money order,if you send it via postal mail.

14. I have a faulty CD ROM or DVD copy that doesn’t open what can I do?

First try opening it on another computer and if it still doesn’t open please send it back to us for a free replacement copy (click here for more information)

15. I have some questions about Zoonoses in captive wildlife who can I contact?

There are some great web resource links on our web site, if you can't find what you're looking for please email us and we will do our best to help you.

16. I would like to purchase your products for use in our training facility and make them available to our staff and students on our intranet server. Do you have a licence available for this?

Site licences are available but due to the different requirements of training institutions we would need to discuss this on a case by case basis. If you would like to send us details of your requirements, and your contact details, we will contact you to discuss your needs.
